Slowly peel strip off clear backing. The gel side is placed against the teeth. Note: some border material will remain on the backing liner after the strip is removed. This material serves to protect the strip. Using a mirror, place strip on front teeth, aligning top of strip with your gum line. Press gently to ensure good contact with teeth.
